Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy innovative AI models and systems using advanced techniques in machine learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
Use Python and PyTorch to develop and implement machine learning algorithms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and develop AI-driven solutions.
Lead and manage large scale, company-wide, AI projects.
Oversee the entire AI application lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues and optimize performance.
Implement robust software solutions for model deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.
Keep abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies and implement them as required.
Document AI processes, systems, and algorithms for future reference and for the benefit of other team members.
Mentor junior AI engineers and oversee their work to ensure quality and consistency.
