PEGA Smart Investigate (PEGA SI) for Payments was implemented, with our team’s good architectural decisions, to address many challenges including transaction exceptions and automating the inquiry and exception management activities.
PEGA SI automatically handles receipt and processing of incoming messages, sending of outbound correspondence in Fed Service, SWIFT, and other formats, searching for related transactions, and processing of compensation claims and adjustments.
